The ZWO LRGB Filter Set has been specifically designed for monochrome CMOS astronomy cameras, including the popular ZWO ASI1600MM series. Featuring premium optical coatings, high transmission rates and excellent colour separation, this filter set allows astrophotographers to capture accurate, high-contrast full-colour deep-sky images.

Unlike standard RGB filters, the ZWO LRGB set has been optimised to balance the colour response of modern CMOS sensors. The carefully designed transmission profiles help equalise signal levels across the red, green and blue channels, making image processing easier and improving overall colour accuracy.


The included Luminance filter incorporates IR blocking, ensuring only visible wavelengths reach the sensor while maintaining maximum sharpness and contrast. A small spectral gap between channels also helps minimise the effects of common light pollution sources.
