The Tera P1-R16 is a wireless pager system for restaurants, cafés, hospitals, and other service venues. Staff enter a pager number on the transmitter control panel; the corresponding pager alerts the holder. The system supports programmable alert settings and the combined transmitter and charging base holds all 16 pagers for charging between service sessions.

How It Works

1. A guest is handed a numbered pager on arrival or at the counter.
2. When ready to serve, staff enter the pager number on the P1-R16 transmitter.
3. The pager alerts the guest via buzzer, vibration, and flashing light.
4. The guest returns to collect their order or proceeds as directed.
5. At the end of service, place all 16 pagers in the charging base and enter 999 + CALL to shut down all pagers simultaneously.

Setup Notes

• Do not assign pager ID 999 — this is the system shutdown command (999 + CALL powers down all pagers when placed in the charging unit).
• Assign pager IDs individually, not while multiple unassigned pagers are seated in the charging base at the same time.
• The beeper can be enabled or disabled per pager via the control panel programming mode.
