The Retekess TD124-TD018 is a wireless table call system for restaurants, bars, hotels, clinics, and other service environments. TD018 call buttons are placed at each table; when a customer needs assistance, they press one of four service call buttons. The TD124 counter receiver displays up to 6 simultaneous call records on screen — showing the table number and call type — so staff can respond to the right table with the right service. The system also supports RFID-based service acknowledgement via PC software, allowing managers to monitor response records.
