The Retekess TD164 is a long-range wireless coaster pager system for restaurants, cafés, and food service venues. Staff enter a number on the TD164 touch transmitter; the corresponding coaster pager alerts the guest via vibration, buzzer, or LED flash. Guests can silence the pager directly after receiving the alert. The system stores up to 10 recent calls so staff can re-call guests who have not yet collected their order.

How It Works

1. A guest places their order at the counter and is handed a numbered coaster pager.
2. When the order is ready, staff enter the corresponding number on the TD164 touch transmitter.
3. The guest’s pager alerts for up to 30 seconds via vibration, buzzer, or LED flash.
4. The guest silences the pager by pressing the button on the pager, then returns to collect their order.
5. Staff can review the last 10 calls using the up/down buttons and re-call guests who have not yet collected.
