The Retekess TD165 (SU-668) is a wireless coaster pager system for restaurants, cafés, food courts, clinics, and other service venues. Customers are handed a numbered coaster pager on arrival; when their order or appointment is ready, staff enter the corresponding number on the keypad transmitter and the pager alerts the holder. Pagers return to the charging base between sessions.

The Full System variant includes the keypad transmitter, 10 coaster pagers, 1 charging base, both power adapters, and a user manual. The 10 Coaster Pagers variant includes 10 pagers and 1 charging base for expanding an existing installation. The 1 Base variant includes a charging base and its power adapter.

How It Works

1. A guest is handed a numbered TD165 coaster pager on arrival or at the counter.
2. When their order is ready, staff enter the corresponding number on the keypad transmitter and press Call.
3. The coaster pager alerts the guest via vibration, buzzer, and flashing light.
4. The guest returns to collect their order.
5. The coaster is returned to the charging base for the next use.
