DRACO is joining our planned rental range. We are preparing a dedicated route for experienced imagers to explore this DWARFLAB platform through a hosted observing session.

DRACO joins the remote range
Dark Clear Skies is preparing a DRACO rental option alongside the Seestar services. It will have its own joining instructions and booking information, reflecting the installed telescope and tested access method.
DRACO uses the DWARFLAB ecosystem. A Seestar account does not provide DRACO access. We will state the account requirements, available imaging controls and image-saving workflow before accepting bookings.
Choose on the confirmed configuration
The rental edition, installed filters, location, available controls and observing window will be described when the service is ready. Please do not assume that a particular Standard or SHO configuration is included based on a stock photograph.
To understand the telescope platform, view our DRACO telescope information. The rental service will have separate pricing and terms from purchasing a telescope.
For experienced users
Our remote rental range is being prepared for customers already comfortable with smart-telescope imaging. Familiarity with target selection, capture and saving images will help you make good use of a session. Follow the joining instructions and use only the controls permitted for the hosted installation.
Conditions at the telescope matter
Targets, darkness and weather depend on the telescope’s location. A target visible from your garden may not be available during a remote session. Check the confirmed UK observing window and local target visibility before booking.
Before bookings open
- We will explain the account and device requirements for this rental.
- Your session duration and UK start and finish times will be stated before payment.
- The applicable weather, technical-fault and cancellation terms will be available before checkout.
- Remote controls and file transfer will follow the tested hosted setup; not every local-use feature is necessarily available remotely.
Never send account passwords or verification codes when making an enquiry.

Our Seestar S50 Pro in Inner Mongolia is open for bookings at £30 per night for the confirmed window of up to nine hours, subject to conditions. Availability begins 16 October 2026.
