Book your S30 Pro remote observing session

Read the S30 Pro guide and booking terms before booking.

Choose an available night in the S30 Pro booking calendar above. A full-night session costs £30, with the same observing hours as our S50 Pro service. Follow the UK start and finish times displayed by the calendar and your booking confirmation.

  1. Choose the S30 Pro. Choose an available night in this telescope’s own calendar.
  2. Confirm the session. Enter your Seestar / ZWO account email address and complete your £30 booking.
  3. Prepare your device and account. Follow the supplied joining instructions and use only the controls permitted for this installation.
  4. Observe and save your results. Plan targets for the telescope’s location and use the available capture and image-transfer functions.

Email Paul about S30 Pro availability or use our contact form. An enquiry alone does not reserve a night or activate telescope access.

For experienced Seestar users

This is a self-guided remote observing service. You should already be comfortable with target selection, imaging and saving results. Joining guidance is provided; continuous one-to-one tuition should be arranged separately.

You need a compatible device, reliable internet connection and the account specified in your access instructions. Provide account email details only when requested; never send passwords or verification codes.

The sky is local to the telescope

Darkness, weather, target visibility and usable observing time depend on the hosted installation. UK cloud does not determine conditions at the telescope, and a particular target or imaging result cannot be guaranteed.

Sessions use the same timetable as the S50 Pro: up to nine hours. Check the UK times displayed in the calendar and your confirmation, including GMT or BST.

S30 Pro, not the original S30

This rental is for the ZWO Seestar S30 Pro. You are arranging access to a hosted telescope, separately from purchasing an S30 Pro for home use. Only functions covered by the supplied remote-use instructions are available.

Read our S30 Pro buying guide or view the Seestar S30 Pro telescope and tripod.
