Enhance your celestial photography with the Vaonis Vespera Dual Band Filter, a cutting-edge tool for both amateur and professional astronomers. This dual narrowband interference filter is engineered to dramatically improve the quality of your photos, whether you're gazing at the stars from a bustling city or a tranquil natural setting.

The Vespera Dual Band Filter operates by selectively allowing the wavelengths of Hydrogen Alpha (H-alpha) and Oxygen III (O-III) to pass through. These wavelengths, prevalent in nebulae, sharpen the contrast between the stellar object and the surrounding sky. As a result, the filter produces images of exceptional clarity, with sharply defined stars and enhanced details.

Specifically designed for nebula photography, this filter is particularly effective in capturing emission nebulae like the Orion nebula (M42) and the Heart nebula (IC 1805), as well as dark nebulae rich in hydrogen, planetary nebulae, and supernova remnants. Its selectivity also aids in obtaining clearer images of globular clusters, allowing for sharper star definition.

Engineered with the optical quality in mind, the Dual Band filter is optimized for use with the Vaonis Vespera telescope. It maintains the full aperture of the instrument and comes equipped with an electronic micro-card. This allows the Vespera to recognize the filter and automatically adjust observation and image processing parameters for optimal results.

The filter's transmission curve features a 12nm bandwidth for each targeted wavelength, ensuring that only the most critical light reaches the sensor, resulting in breath taking astrophotography.
