The Retekess TD165 is a wireless coaster pager system for restaurants, cafés, and food service venues operating a counter-collection or queue management workflow. Staff press a number on the TD165 keypad transmitter; the corresponding numbered coaster pager alerts the guest via vibration, buzzer, or LED flash. The guest then knows their order is ready and collects from the counter.

How It Works

1. A guest places their order at the counter and is handed a numbered coaster pager.
2. When the order is ready, staff press the corresponding number on the TD165 keypad transmitter.
3. The guest’s pager alerts via vibration, buzzer, or LED flash.
4. The guest returns to collect their order. Staff can cancel the alert via the CANCEL key on the keypad, or the guest can press the Stop button on the pager directly.
